Halloo meine lieben. Ich melde mich wieder zurück. Nach beschwerlichen Monaten hatte ich nun die nötige Energie wieder mit dem Modellbau anzufangen. Den Anfang macht ein kleinen Resin Modell. Thema: Steampunk. Etwas ganz neues für mich. Viel Spaß beim schauen :). Euer Admiral

Es ist geschafft. Nach 2,5 Jahren Bauzeit, ca 1400 Std Arbeit und tausenden Knoten. Meine Soleil Royal ist fertig :) Danke an jeden für die tollen Kommentare unter den Videos. Danke an jeden Abonnenten. Ihr seit klasse.

Eine kurze Vorschau auf das bald kommende Video. Es geht am Hauptmast weiter. Die Rahen werden angeschlagen und getakelt. Vorher waren alle Wanten mit Webleinen zu versehen. Daher kam lange Zeit kein Video. :) habt Spaß.

Hallo Leute :) nach 2 Monaten hier nun der nächste Teil meiner Soleil. Jedoch gibt's nur noch wenige Bilder. Die Schritte der Takelage lassen sich unmöglich Bild für Bild hier zeigen, das sprengt den Rahmen. Daher stelle ich euch alles im gesamten vor :) viel Spaß damit. Da es nun um die Takelage geht werden die Videos ab Teil 13 in Unterpunkte eingeteilt. Hier ist 13.1, da der 1 Mast fertig is...

Hi Freunde. Hab beim ausmisten meines Schrankes einige alte Modelle gefunden. Diese hab ich vor über 2 Jahren gebaut. Nun, zum wegschmeißen sind sie zu schade. Also bau ich verschiedene Dios daraus. Das erste seht ihr jetzt :). Viel Spaß :)

Hi:) hatte mal Lust auf ein komplett anderes Modell :). Es war der reinste PE Porno 😁. Bauzeit waren gut 3 Wochen. Wünsch euch was :). LG. Hi:). I build a complete different model by my self. Pure PE madness 😁. 3 weeks of build time. Have a great time. :)

Ich habe das Modell vor 32 Jahren gebaut und es steht noch immer in einer fürs Modell gebauten Vitrine in meinem Modellzimmer.

I do not have plans. Researched all by my self. Books, Internet etc. :).

Absolut amasing how this Model ist made. Like the Details and it is a great inspiration to build this ship myself. Have started to build severeal Ship with in age of ten Years and stoppt to build my House in age of 23. Did not build another ship model since. But now in age of 62 iI bougt some of my favorit ships like HMS Prince, the great english Galeon, Cutty Sark, Victory 1:100, Vasa and so on, hopping to find time finishing all this Ships, before it is to late. Lived in the UK for some Years, was in some Museeum, vistited some of the originals, sailed on the Sedov, but now its time to carry on with my on and only passion the Tall ship models of the past. @@MarcoDominic Haa man spricht Deutsch, wunderbar. Bin immer wieder erstaunt und sehr intersiert zu erfahren und zu sehen was andere in Sachen Modellbau alles zustande bringen. Bin wie gesagt schon Jahrzehnte aus der Übung aber immer noch springt mein Herz beim Anblick von Segelschiffen aus der Vergangenheit, ob als Modell, Original oder Nachbau in 1:1 wie zum Beispiel Le Hermione oder Poltava usw.. Habe die Golden Hind auch auf der to do Liste, dauert aber noch weil ich die USS Constituttion in 1:98 von Revell gerade in Arbeit habe. Ich finde das diese Plastik Modelle verschiedener Hersteller ein grosses Potential haben grossartige Darsellungen zu werden. Mit liebe zum Detail und ein wenig Nachbesserung an manchen Stellen zeigen sie die wahre Schönheit dieser einst großartigen Schiffe. Es hat mich sehr gefreut dieses Video zu sehen, vielen Dank dafür. GOTT zum Gruße, mon Amiral. Ich hätte da mal eine Frage und es mag sein, daß hier einfach der Blickwinkel täuscht; drum seien Sie mir nicht gram deswegen. Bei 02:12 sieht es für mich so aus, als kämen sich das Stück und der Niedergang ein wenig in die Quere. Ist das so? Wie gesagt, für mich sieht es so aus. Ansonsten, wie bereits an anderer Stelle kund getan, meinen allergrößten Respekt vor Ihrer sauberen und sehr ins Detail gehenden Arbeit!
Hey ho :). Du has recht ja. Das war ein Detail am Schiff welches mich durchaus immer störte. Die takelung konnte ich daher auch nur halb machen da kein Platz dafür war. :).

Hello Admiral Tourville, I am currently building this kit, nearing the end where I am putting the sails in place. I noticed that the kit does not come with enough blocks for the rigging? I think i am missing around 25 blocks to be able to finish the main mast.. Did you have this problem as well? Kind regards from Belgium

Glad that you started over again. Like the way you shoot the video. But please cover how you painted small details that’s very important. For instance, how did you pale those railings painted so fine? Did you use masks or what. See that’s what is really interesting for the public. Also those aftermarket title letters and window frames are from that guy who was mentioned my AlexModeling RUclipsr?
Hey. For the railings and All the fine Details i use a very fine brush. I dont know wich guy mentioned by Alex? I finde them on Google and orderd them. 🫠

fiable Ich baue gerade Revells "Black Pearl" im Maßstab 1:72 und schaue mir das Video an. Ich erkenne die außergewöhnliche Arbeit, die diese "Soleil Royal" darstellt. Ein großes Bravo!!!
I have this model. I believe this is the most beautiful ship ever built. As soon as I received this model, I carefully cut out the art work of the box cover and had it framed in a fancy frame. It's the center piece in my collection.

@@lenny108 Hoy mate. It's a wonderful plastic 1/100 scale model by Heller. Several videos on You Tube can be found about this kit, take a look.. I'm adding several things to the interior of the hull, fiber optic lighting, wood planking in the hull and proper rope work on the gun carriages. I build modelships for a living and this ship is the most beautiful of all I have seen. I think the best designed sailing ship I have seen is the, Golden Hind. I love the proportions of that ship. It sailed around the world in 1578!!! Amazing little ship. Several plastic models are available. I highly recommend plastic sailing ship models for model makers that are intrested in building a sailing ship. Much easier, do a good paint job and most importantly, put in the extra effort on the rigging. Trust me on that. Use a minimum of 3 different diameters of thread. Add extra rigging where you can. If you have any questions please ask. Take care mate, enjoy. If you really want to know how a Sailing ship model is built, PLEASE get the book, 'Historic Ship Models.' By Wolfram Zu Mondfeld. This book is the Bible on how sailing ships and models are built. I dont build any sailing ship without checking this book first.
